Hello Sir,
I own pulsar 220 bike, recently bikes wobbles a lot, suddenly this problem occurred, I have been facing this issue after serviced it after in bajaj service center (fatimanagar), I showed 4 bajaj showroom no one is able to identify it. I m very much frustrated and don't know where to show no one is able to understand my problem. please guide me where I take my bike and who know more about pulsar 220 that will be very big help for me..
Things I tried
1. removed and re-arrange the front tire.
2. did front tire out - they removed shockabsorber put it in a machine but to be honest I wasted Rs. 500 I didn't see fault in the shock abs
after some days I showed it to him this guy is telling me we need to do alloy wheel alignment for botth tires and center bush needs to be change however I haven't done it yet
3. some center screw got tightened

after trying each step , I felt problem got resolved but again same happens

To be more precise, if we put bike 5-10 speed u will surely notice something shaking /wobbling a lot and when I raised to 50-60
m not sure whether its tire issue front/ rear

really really upset with this problem Sir, desperately need ur help
note: In servicing time he changed rear drum rubber, I did it on 6/2/2015 after 7-8 days it giving me a problem

your advice and if possible best mechanic shop in Pune will be a great help for me..

Thanks a lot in advance

Hi Rohit,
Best mechanic in Pune is Shirish Joshi, Mobike Service Centre, Bldg. No. A-2, Girija Shankar Society, Karve Nagar.
Phone 9325132236. Phone him and tell him my name and that I asked you to take your bike to Shirish.
His charges are also very reasonable and he is honest.
best wishes

Hi Rohit,
Fatimanagar? That is Hadapsar - which is quite far from Karve Nagar.
Anyway, do let me know your experience with Shirish.
best wishes

Hi Sir,

I checked with Shirish tech, the culprit is front tire. front tire is not symmetrical fitted thats the reason its wobbles at high speed and about 20 30 speed wobbling he loosen the handle I do find measurable difference but actual fault he got know is there is an hole in steering cone (sorry, correct me if I m wrong) but no need of replacement as of now.

About Shirish, he's is too good in his field, the moment he experienced my bike he came into conclusion, 1. hole in steering cone 2. front tire wrongly fitted , and advised to checked with tire shoppe to remove and fit it symmetrically if issue still exist there is need of front tire replacement.

Thank you for all your valuable support and advise Sir

two more things m concerned about

1. heating issue even I used for 1 km it heats up like anything in Feb I used bajaj companies oil is it something oil related ??
for next service which oil do u prefer for bajaj 220

2. if I stop at signal then try to start it doesn't get start up I have to wait at least 1-2 min, then bike respond this is happening oftenely now

And tick tick sound comes from the bike once at reach to home is it normal ? but when I checked other pulsar 220 it wont give any sound as such, my friends told it shouldn't give sound for oil -cooled engine.

need your guidance please:)

Thank you

Regards
Rohit

Hi Rohit,
About heating and tick-tick sound, did you ask Shirish?
What did he say?
Tell me.
Shirish is better expert than me. If I am bikeguru,Shirish is Guru's Guru.
Ask Shirish and tell me what he said.
best wishes
